My story is simple….

Psychedelics enabled me to do what years of therapy could not. Make long lasting changes to complex subconscious belief structures, a disorganised attachment style and my endless coping strategies. As these melted away, my ability to feel connection both to myself, my family and my friends increased, resulting in accessing more aliveness, more joy, more compassion.

I am a mother, a sister and a daughter.

I am a helper, a guide, a dancer and painter.

I have lived in the depths of the dark for decades, with addiction, depression, workaholism, codependency and hyper sexualisation.
